Spam is a serious problem on the Internet, and it is also true for individuals. If you receive hundreds of emails that are irrelevant to you every day, this is definitely not a pleasant thing. Third, many times, you will not know who is behind the account you are communicating with. The anonymity mechanism on the network is sometimes a double-edged sword. You can enjoy the power of anonymity, but you also need to take certain risks, especially for the student’s website, to bring convenience to some people who are not good.

Also, in the face of some learning website, the vast majority of information can not be treated well,  the information published on the internet, they often do not carefully discern these work. They do not have time to verify the authenticity. And more often because it is released by people who identification as teachers or students, so people will totally believe, and even told others. The untrue information can mislead people, and the resulting negative effects are imaginable. For example, one of my friend like google the answers on the internet, whatever he know or do not know. And he will totally believe the answers he found, even he had a different thought. And many time I told him to trust himself and even proving with teacher his original answer was right, the thing he googles are not right, he still wrote the answer he found. And in the end, he got a bad grade.   ( Zhukova, 2018)

because of the trust of the internet, and even more serious cases, there may have network dependence. Once they leave the internet, they feel that they have lost their value. They dare not face the real-life and dare not face reality. People who are suffering from network dependence often like to show on the Internet continuously or even show their life or work in a comprehensive and careful manner. It seems that their only comfortable that do the work or take the class online, they will feel uneasy when they face the real person, talk their work face by face. (Brown,2018) 

The learning website starts at good reason and purpose, but may also lead to a bad outcome. But it is only a small part of the consequence of learning website, I still believe it is will become a good helper for study.

digital web tools

There are hundreds of digital web tools have been created with the purpose of helping student study online. Here are 3 tools that I think really help.

Edmodo is an educational tool that connects teachers and students and is integrated into social networks. In this regard, teachers can create online collaborative teams that manage and deliver educational materials, measure student performance, communicate with parents, and other functions. With more than 34 million users, Edmodo has built a learning process that is richer, more personalized and combined with the opportunities presented by technology and the digital environment. (Chauhan,2018)When the first I came to Canada, because of the language, I always can not follow the teacher. But the good thing for these tools is that I can review the things I missed online, I did not need to bring the recording pen to remember the class.

ClassDojo is a tool to improve student behaviour: teachers provide their students with instant feedback so that good disposition in class is ‘rewarded’ with points and students have a more receptive attitude towards the learning process. ClassDojo provides real-time notifications to students, like ‘Well Done Tammy!’ and ‘+1’, for working collaboratively. The information that is collected about student behaviour can be shared later with parents and administrators through the web. (Chauhan,2018)I have been using that in my high school, it is helping my mom can also know my grade and classroom performance, even she was in a different country.

Kahoot! is an educational platform that is based on games and questions. Through this tool, teachers can create questionnaires, discussions, or surveys that complement academic lessons. The material is projected in the classroom and questions are answered by students while playing and learning at the same time. Kahoot! promotes game-based learning, which increases student engagement and creates a dynamic, social, and fun educational environment. (Chauhan,2018) It is really fun to use, I can go through the game to study, it is especially good for remembering vocabularies.
