Social media can connect with a community of learners. Combine tradition with new ways to harness communication and social networking between people. Traditional learning methods such as formal training in universities. And the most common learning tools such as books. But, the use of social networks, it is more interactive.

An increasingly common phenomenon that has emerged is that these answers point to online communities, blogs, social networking sites, LinkedIn groups, and video sites. This is the world of social media we often say.
Different from more formal educational methods, social media learning can be conducted on the problems encountered and interact with people with similar experience. Not only that, but these sites also provide channels for sharing personal information, such as education, work experience, hobbies, etc., which also increases opportunities for creating social ties.
For example, if you find an answer to a key question in the Automation and Control Engineering LinkedIn group, you might be there to ask another question, and you may join the group at this time. In this group, you can communicate with other people with similar backgrounds. There are already 17,000 members here, and there are hidden dragons and tigers. Such a group can also provide you with an opportunity to share professional experience and build a personal brand.
This is not just an online community of process control professionals. Take LinkedIn, where there are supplier brands, industry-related groups, trade associations, business magazines, and more. Similarly, there are many such special interest groups on Facebook.
The key is to find an area that covers the expertise and technology you have or need. Building a peer network is one of the best ways to improve your skills. If your background is similar to me, a peer group is really important, because whoever wants to get an engineering degree is not that easy. These social media sites provide a virtual way to build peer groups while also increasing familiarity when people meet at trade and industry conferences.
